Global Human Development, Inc.    ....quietly changing people's lives is a 501(c)3 non-profit training and educational research organization, doing pioneering work by applying The Continuum Theory™, a breakthrough in human development, to deliver lasting change to the public and key sectors of society by transforming and inspiring them to reach their potential and fulfil their purpose.

Those who work for the govt or non-profits need help, lots of it. Stress, burn-out, illnesses are all too common, which also lead to problems at home. The result is that we continually lose experienced people that strains the system and produces inadequate services. Which we, the public, don’t appreciate.

And that is the dilemma. We expect, get, but rarely reciprocate. Perhaps we go so far as feeling a little sorry for civil servants.

The answer is THDC programs that teach civil servants, as well as all those serving the public other capacities, to love themselves better. After all love is nourishment, as finding are now showing, and it is one nourishment you don’t have to pick from a tree, plant and water, or let graze and feed. It is available as abundantly as you are willing to harvest your own mind and heart. (Actually, your self.)

Reading The Continuum Theory and The Theory of Love on this website will point you in the right direction. You can also read short passages from Deutsch’s book, “LOVE DE-CODED” here, which go into self-love and relationships even deeper. His theory of human development and one of its core principles, love is nourishment, has been finally scientifically validated in 2013.
